Sharon has helped many clients in a variety of real estate matters relating to estates, including advising on whether a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee with a will (“Probate”) is required to transfer property to an Estate Trustee (also called an “Executor”). Sharon handles all estate related transfers in the course of advising on 1) optimal estate planning for a testator; and 2) the administration of estates after the death of the registered owner.
